What you’ll do
As an MBA Brand Management Intern for our brand Schwarzkopf Professional, you will:
- Get hands-on experience shaping a global brand and adapting international strategies to resonate with U.S. consumers
- Work alongside industry experts to gain behind-the-scenes insight into winning in the competitive U.S. market - from consumer insights to in-market execution
- Lead innovation and market gap analysis by evaluating competitor strategies, product claims, and emerging trends
- Identify white space opportunities for brand growth through strategic research and analysis
- Monitor disruptive shifts in the market landscape to inform forward-thinking business strategies
- Contribute to keeping brands ahead of the curve by identifying and interpreting key consumer and industry trends
