What You'll Be Doing

Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials within the quarry or plant site
Perform routine pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate material movement
Monitor site conditions and follow safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure compliance
Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks as needed to support operations

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and responsibly
Strong awareness of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Must meet all legal and company requirements for operating heavy equipment

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
