Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr Technical Product Manager, Commercial Data Products to lead our Salesforce.com initiatives. This leadership role requires a robust understanding of CRM, Pricing, Contracting, and Data Platforms, combined with strong business knowledge, IT strategy, and program oversight. The Senior Manager will drive multi-functional projects, enhance business processes, ensure data quality, and serve as a people leader fostering innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for CRM solutions, with a focus on Pricing, Contracting, and automation capabilities.
Coordinate the design, development, and deployment of scalable data pipelines and integrations aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with business leaders and team members to define strategic priorities, translating them into actionable plans.
Lead initiatives to optimize and innovate business processes through Salesforce automation, data analytics, and technology solutions.
Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Drive a culture of data excellence by establishing data governance standards, improving data integrity, and ensuring compliance.
Further collaboration across teams including IT, Sales, Finance, and Operations - to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
Increase cloud adoption and data engineering procedures to support scale, security, and performance.
Stay ahead of industry trends, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics innovations, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Develop, mentor, and inspire team members, cultivating a high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth.
Measure and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of proven track record in Salesforce CRM, Data Engineering, or related fields, with at least 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
Shown success in leading complex Salesforce implementations, especially in Pricing, Contracting, and CPQ solutions.
Preferred knowledge in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, APIs, and automation tools
Knowledge of data engineering platforms (Microsoft Azure SQL, Python), data modeling, and cloud data warehouses (Azure, Redshift, Databricks, Qlik).
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver to IT/ Business strategies that drive digital transformation.
Exceptional program management skills, with experience leading multiple projects, teams, and business partner relationships.
Strong business knowledge, especially around pricing strategies, contracts, and revenue management.
Good at communicating with business leaders, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills - open to collaboration and new ideas
Leadership outlook with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Developer, Salesforce CPQ & Contract Management).
Previous experience in a senior leadership role
Experience driving organizational change and digital innovation.
Familiarity with machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics in CRM context.

$120,000 - $207,000
