About your role:
As a Software Architecture - Advisor II, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing software architecture strategies that support Fiserv’s business objectives. Your expertise will ensure the robustness, scalability, and performance of our software systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy software architecture solutions that meet the evolving needs of the financial services industry.
What you'll do:
Develop and implement software architecture strategies and frameworks.
Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment between business objectives and software architecture.
Provide guidance on software solutions and integration across multiple platforms.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance business performance.
Create and maintain software architectural models, blueprints, and documentation.
Mentor and support junior team members in software architecture best practices.

Experience you'll need to have:
6+ years of experience in software architecture
3+ years of experience in technology integration
3+ years of experience in software solution design
3+ years of experience with development and integration of software solutions using languages such as Golang, Java, or Python
3+ years of experience designing and implementing microservices architecture
3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
3+ years of experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and/or distributed SQL databases like YugabyteDB

Important information about this role:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
