About your role:
As a Systems Support - Professional I, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the stability and efficiency of our systems, ensuring exceptional performance for both Fiserv and our clients. Working in a collaborative team environment, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving system issues, implementing system enhancements, and supporting continuous system operations. Your contributions will help deliver enriched financial services experiences and support Fiserv’s mission to empower our clients.
What you'll do:
- Enhance and maintain the performance and reliability of systems to ensure seamless operations for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently, providing timely support to minimize downtime for clients.
- Assist with system enhancements and upgrades, improving user experiences and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system operations and deliver improved service levels to end users.
- Administer system management tools and applications to ensure secure and reliable technology operations.
- Develop and deploy automation scripts to streamline processes and increase system efficiency, benefiting end user productivity.
- Provide support and guidance on system configurations and best practices to maintain optimal performance for end users.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or IT help desk role
- 1+ year(s) of experience in Windows systems administration
- 1+ year(s) of experience with endpoint management tools, VPNs, and Office 365
- 3+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience in AIX and Linux/Unix systems
- Experience in the financial services domain
