What does a successful Enterprise Account Manager do at Fiserv?
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Fiserv, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional client service for our portfolio of enterprise clients. Your role will involve tackling day-to-day service needs, resolving issues, and proactively identifying new methods to support and enhance client satisfaction. What you will do:
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and inquiries in alignment with our "Customer First" initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Relationship Managers and various client support teams to drive operational excellence and meet clients’ service expectations.
- Execute essential tasks such as quarterly/yearly rate adjustments and other repetitive duties.
- Meet departmental and operational standards, including quality and efficiency metrics.
- Identify systemic and client-impacting trends and escalate them through proper leadership and Relationship Managers.
- Manage a portfolio of 15-18 National Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Regional Telecheck Merchants.
What you will need to have:
- High school diploma, GED, or a combination of relevant experience, education, and/or military experience.
- 3+ years of prior account management experience working with enterprise clients.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in financial services.
- Previous sales experience.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
