What does a successful SCS Reconciliation Analyst II do?
A Settlement Controls & Solutions (SCS) Reconciliation Analyst supports the various business units within Fiserv. You will be integral in executing projects and enhancing business processes for the SCS division, ensuring quality assurance, and resource allocation. Key responsibilities will include interacting with stakeholders, reducing failure risk, maximizing benefits, and minimizing costs. You will be an essential part in overall project planning, ensuring the highest quality standards for SCS processes.
What You Will Do:
- Strategically support initiatives by overseeing, planning and budgeting for projects to ensure their success.
- Maintain and monitor project activities while evaluating tasks, including costs and hours spent.
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders to keep them informed of progress.
- Stay informed on regulations applicable to projects to ensure compliance.
- Track and forecast project progress, including relevant metrics and challenges faced.
- Identify and monitor critical activities and risks, communicating them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Analyze project data to ensure accuracy in overall reporting.
What You Will Need:
- Experience in project management or coordination.
- 4+ years of combined educational background, related work and/or military experience.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and v-look-ups)
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Bachelor’s Degree
What Would Be Great to Have:
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Previous experience in fintech industry.
