ISV Integration
This role will serve as technical expert on the CardPointe product to assist ISV partners & partner success during implementation and onboarding process. This will include understanding project, product and business requirements, consult on technical design to internal & external stakeholders, and troubleshooting as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of a team, collaborating effectively to drive results under changing circumstances
- Act as the primary lead for delivery and execution of complex projects
- Requires sufficient knowledge of CardPointe’s technology integrations, products, and services
- Represent the team and/or company as a subject matter expert on CardPointe’s integrations, products, and services to internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between departmental teams in support of development, infrastructure, and business demands of a project
- Participate in all client, team, and stakeholder meetings as needed to set expectations, encourage collaboration, and report program results
- Liaise with client’s internal implementation teams to coordinate program execution, turnover production elements, and ensure successful and on-time delivery of all program initiatives
- Support client go-live and production testing; which may be outside business hours and/or during weekends where needed
Competencies
- Understanding of software development lifecycle process
- Familiarity of usage and understanding of payment gateway APIs
- Intermediate SQL, HTML, CSS knowledge; or, competency to learn
- Logging & tracking escalation requests via JIRA, creation and maintenance of team and product knowledge repository via Confluence
- Familiarity of usage of Salesforce or comparable CRM/management software
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and usage (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
