Description:You will be the Industrial Engineer for the Archbald site team. Our team is responsible for managing performance and optimizing manufacturing processes.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for tracking and managing performance for the Archbald Business within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tracking performance to cost, schedule, and technical elements in the project lifecycle
- Coordinating the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments
- Researching and analyzing historical data to develop cost models and support performance trend efforts
- Coordinating activities and participating in fact-finding meetings
- Optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Experienced in presenting to senior Management
• Strong analytical and strategic/critical thinking skills
• Experience supporting a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environment
• Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Skills:Financial analysis, cost control, and Manpower/Staffing analysis skills
• High degree of experience with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Financial systems (EFS, Cobra, Oracle)
• High degree of experience with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control MRP systems and labor clocking (SAP, S4 Hana, Apriso)
• Effective organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge/experience with MFC and/or Archbald
• Knowledge/experience with Tableau and/or Power BI

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
