About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Service Transition and Change Assurance Specialist to join the Global Payments & Liquidity Technology (GPLT) platform team. This team is responsible for ensuring smooth and controlled transitions of applications and infrastructure across the payments estate, with a focus on production readiness, non-functional requirements, and robust change control.
The team has two key focus areas:
- Change Assurance - ensuring BAU changes are safe, well-controlled, and disruption-free through robust ITIL governance
- Service Transition - managing the onboarding of new and modified services into production via structured readiness and service acceptance criteria
This role will suit someone with strong ITSM knowledge, a controls mindset, and a passion for improving how change is managed in high-stakes, regulated environments. You'll partner closely with application teams, platform engineering, service management and production leads.
In this role, you will:- Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
- Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
- Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
- Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
- Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- ITIL Foundation V3/V4
Desired Qualifications:- Strong working knowledge of the ITIL change lifecycle
- Experience reviewing technology changes for readiness and risk
- Exposure to Permit-to-Operate or service transition gates
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Understanding of production operations or SRE/DevOps contexts
- PRINCE 2/ PMP
Job Expectations:- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or assigned
- Ability to work in a Hybrid working model

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$41.83 - $80.77
