We are seeking a motivated junior to mid-level Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce, some exposure to Dell Boomi or other integration platforms, and a general understanding of cloud-based applications. Experience with NetSuite is preferred, but candidates eager and confident to learn are welcome. In this role, you will assist in developing, maintaining, and integrating our business applications to support operational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development, customization, and support of Salesforce, including related tools such as CPQ.
· Collaborate with team members to enhance and maintain integration solutions, primarily using Dell Boomi.
· Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other platforms.
· Contribute to the design, development, and customization of NetSuite (training provided if no prior experience).
· Work with cloud-based platforms, including Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, CoPilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
· Develop and maintain documentation such as user guides, technical specifications, and process workflows.
· Participate in team discussions to improve business processes and application performance.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
· Solid understanding of Salesforce development and customization.
· Basic experience with Dell Boomi or other integration tools (willingness to expand skills).
· Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and APIs.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills & Abilities:
· Basic knowledge of NetSuite or proven ability to learn new platforms quickly.
· Experience with SQL Server data warehousing concepts.
· Exposure to Microsoft 365 automation and collaboration tools.
Education & Experience:
· Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
· 1–3 years of experience in application development or systems integration.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
· Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
