About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Advisor to join our FCRM product development team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist with over 10 + years of experience in enterprise software development, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing fraud and compliance solutions that serve financial institutions across the globe.
What you will do:
- Lead development of FCRM modules using C# (.NET Core), Angular, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for fraud detection and compliance workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and DevOps engineers.
- Drive automation in CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Terraform.
- Ensure adherence to security and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC 1).
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical strategy and roadmap.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and SAFe delivery cycles.
- Provide essential tier 3 development support for clients.
What you will need to have:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Expertise in C#/.NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud.
- 10 years of experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and enterprise architecture.
- 9 years of experience with Azure AD, cloud backups, and automated deployment strategies.
- 10 years of experience troubleshooting and optimizing performance across distributed systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- Experience with financial compliance platforms.
- 8 years of familiarity with observability tools, campaign management platforms, and AI/ML integration.
- 8 years of exposure to multi-tenant architecture and customization frameworks.
- 9 years of experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other task management technologies.
