As a Technical User Experience Design - Advisor I, you will be part of a talented UX team dedicated to creating user-centered design solutions. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with our strategic goals.
What you will do:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of user experience strategies for Fiserv's digital products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into design specifications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
- Mentor junior UX designers and provide guidance on best practices and design principles.
- Drive innovation and ensure consistency in design across various platforms.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in user experience design.
- 3+ years of experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- 3+ years of experience in HTML and CSS.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.

- 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 2+ years of experience in designing for web and mobile applications.
