What does a Sr. Director of Technical Payment Delivery do at Fiserv?
You will make strategic decisions that optimize the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of payment operations. You will use your exceptional team building, management skills and technical background to manage high performing delivery teams. You will oversee 100 certification analysts with responsibility of delivering over 1000 projects per year.
What you will do:
- Oversee all payment delivery teams and systems, ensuring efficiency, security and compliance.
- Lead a team of payments professionals, promoting a high-performing culture.
- Oversee and lead efficient and cost-effective vendor and outsourcing strategy
- Develop key relationships with leaders across the organization including risk, compliance, core payment acquiring platform leads, product management, Relationship Management and Sales, to ensure the delivery teams are achieving the delivery goals of the organization.
- Work with Team Leads to ensure consistent methodology is applied throughout the project lifecycle, across projects and teams.
- Facilitate resource planning at all levels to ensure resources are shared among projects efficiently.
- Maintain and enhance weekly, monthly and adhoc KPI reporting requirements, develop analytical reporting to support the needs of our sales channels as well as resource capacity management.
What you will need to have:
- Highschool graduate/GED
- 10 years in payments industry.
- 8 years of people management experience (any industry).
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor's degree
- EMV certification experience
- Tandem and mainframe experience
How you will work:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
