What does a successful Client Solution Consultant do?
With a deep understanding of Fiserv solutions, the Client Solution Consultant is well-versed in providing high value, cross-functional solutions that address clients’ needs effectively. Working closely with pursuit leaders, the Client Solution Consultant plays a significant role in driving successful outcomes for large, pan-Fiserv pursuits. Their expertise in a wide range of products and solutions, combined with client-facing comfort, helps in presenting impactful solutions that improve client business performance.
What you will do:
- Understand client priorities and identify ways to enhance business performance with appropriate Fiserv solutions.
- Serve as a client advocate by elevating the visibility of client requirements and issues across Fiserv.
- Assist the pursuit leader in determining which Fiserv products are the best fit for the client.
- Recommend the optimal set of Fiserv solutions to meet the client’s needs.
- Engage participant Fiserv businesses in discussions around their involvement in pan-Fiserv pursuits.
- Design comprehensive solutions by collaborating with business units and leveraging knowledge across Fiserv's solution set.
- Ensure proper alignment and hand-offs to the Solution Delivery team to maintain accurate historical data.
- Actively engage as part of the leadership team for pursuits valued over $5MM.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in program management within the financial services industry or technology.
- 6+ years of experience in presenting and recommending solutions to clients.
- 6+ years of experience navigating organizational structures and working across business units.
- 6+ years of experience understanding banking operations and client-facing scenarios.
- Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent military experience.
