Senior Product Delivery Manager,
Overview:As a Senior Product Delivery Manager, , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of product solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Analysts, Developers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers and clients to understand business and user requirements, analyze workflows, and assess environmental factors.
- Develop business and user requirements into comprehensive product requirements documents based on user personas.
- Document Acceptance Criteria in partnership with Product Managers and Analysts to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Analyze product functionality and work with the product team to understand impacts and limitations of proposed changes.
- Review third-party interface specifications and create detailed data maps.
- Conduct design reviews to validate functional specifications and ensure they align with user needs.
- Collaborate with Developers to guarantee software applications meet specified functional requirements.
- Ensure all new or modified functionality supports clients' regulatory compliance by consulting with regulatory staff as necessary.
- Provide guidance and feedback on UX design; actively participate in usability analysis and design processes.
- Develop product design standards recommendations as needed for continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education:Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of product experience in a business line or within a financial institution.
- 4+ years in an Analyst or related role.
- Proven ability to apply experience and discernment in planning and accomplishing goals.
- Strong capacity to assess user needs and translate them into functional design.
- Solid understanding of human interface design factors.
- Effective interaction with technical and operational experts within and outside the organization.
- Knowledge of banking software and credit union/banking operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent and remote working capability; adaptable, ambitious, and motivated to achieve goals.
Travel:10-20% possible.
