Job Description:
Strategic Market Development
- Leverage insights from the Chinese EP market to inform regional strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape regional marketing plans.
- Partner with global strategic marketing to align regional initiatives with global priorities.
Product Launch & Commercial Readiness
- Lead regional launch planning and execution for new hardware and software products.
- Ensure commercial readiness by coordinating product training, forecasting, and launch timelines.
- Champion the Launch Excellence framework to drive successful NPIs across APAC.
Customer Engagement & Education
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and clinical stakeholders across APAC.
- Support external engagement activities including symposia, workshops, and advisory boards.
- Collaborate with education teams to deliver high-impact internal and external training programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with country marketing and sales teams to localize and implement regional strategies.
- Align with regulatory, finance, medical affairs, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across markets.
Competitive Intelligence & Portfolio Management
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market dynamics.
- Provide input into portfolio optimization and lifecycle management strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- 7–10 years of experience in healthcare or medical device marketing.
- Prior experience in cardiac electrophysiology or related therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in product launches, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and influence cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and customer-centric marketing.
Other Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%).
