Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Content Solutions Consultant (CSC) to lead the consulting of Creative Intelligence, Content Strategy and Campaign Activation on LinkedIn for our largest customers across South-East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines) and parts of north Asia (Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea).
As part of the APAC Content Solutions team, you will deliver executive-level, client-specific workshops and inspirational experiences to LinkedIn’s largest and most strategic customers. You will also champion the LinkedIn platform as the go-to platform for B2B creativity and performance across Full Funnel, Video, and Events.
This role is based in Singapore and will partner closely with regional sales and marketing leadership to influence business-critical decisions, drive adoption of LinkedIn’s marketing solutions and products, and scale creative impact across the region.
About You
- Based in Singapore, fluent in English (additional Asian language skills a plus).
- Passionate about LinkedIn’s platform and its ability to make SEA brands more successful.
- Knowledge in B2B creative consulting, digital marketing strategy, and video content creation.
- Skilled at managing creative partnerships with agencies, production houses, or internal creative teams.
- A subject-matter expert in B2B content marketing with the ambition to be a thought leader in SEA.
- Personally skilled in content creation and comfortable presenting to senior executives, at events, and in large-scale workshops.
- Thrive in fast-paced, enterprise organizations.
- Enjoy researching, composing, and delivering actionable creative and strategic insights and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the leading Content Solutions Consultant in Asia, designing and delivering tailored, interactive workshops to LinkedIn’s most important customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with LinkedIn’s Brand & Content Strategy organization as well as Marketing, Insights, Agency, and Editorial teams to influence mission-critical business decisions.
- Develop and execute a regional plan to implement the APAC Content Solutions Consultant vision across Asia.
- Increase the adoption of full funnel campaigns, video and event products across Asia.
- Drive thought leadership by regularly publishing insights and perspectives on LinkedIn, with a focus on video, content marketing, and creativity in B2B.
- Partner with Asia sales leadership to drive growth, exceed regional goals, and ensure advertiser success.
- Represent LinkedIn at industry events across Asia, positioning the platform as the leader in engaging professional audiences at scale.
- Act as the voice of the Asia customer, providing structured feedback to product development teams to enhance LinkedIn’s content marketing solutions.
- Coach and inspire internal teams; set a high bar for creativity, professionalism, and values-driven leadership.
- Lead initiatives to scale creative impact—especially video and AI driven creative strategies—across LinkedIn’s enterprise customer base.
- Manage and advise on creative partnerships with agencies, production companies, and client-side stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact campaigns.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role (consulting, professional services, media agency, marketing strategy, media planning, or content marketing).
- Demonstrated experience in video production and content creation.
- Proven ability to manage creative partnerships and align stakeholders across brands, agencies, and platforms.
- Proven results in providing solutions for B2B marketing customers and their challenges.
Preferred Skills
- Consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Able to deliver strategic frameworks to senior business stakeholders.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn’s marketing products preferred.
- B2B account management background is a plus.
- Skilled in creating content on social media platforms independently.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to hold a room and communicate credibly with senior marketing executives.
- Highly organized, independent self-starter with creativity and resourcefulness.
