KBR is seeking for an Offshore Piping Stress Engineer with proven experience in performing detailed stress analysis to ensure that all potential loading conditions on piping systems are thoroughly evaluated and addressed within the design framework. The role guarantees that all piping system complies with safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.

The Candidate shall be able for perform:
- Pipe Stress Analysis Calculations
- Plant Layout Comments – loads to all other disciplines.
- Piping Mechanical Specifications
- Special Studies
- Special Piping (SP) Item Calculations, Drawings, and Data Sheets
- Special Piping (SP) Item Requisition Worksheets
- Pipe Support Drawings, Pipe Support Requisition Worksheets, Pipe Support Locations
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of stress analysis experience in WHP/Fixed/PROCESS PLATFORMS/FPSO
- Knowledge of Caesar II software to perform flexibility analysis
- Knowledge of Support selection and support design ,special support Drawing creation
- Should be well verse in Fatigue/Blast, FPSO Hog, Sag, and structural consideration.
- Knowledge of Navis Model / Review Reality is must.
- Knowledge of AIV/FIV is preferable.
- Good communications skills . Able to manage projects with Multicentre execution Offshore background.
- Excellent skill to Guide young engineers to perform the work.
- Knowledge in PML macros development will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Shell DEP/ Qatar Petroleum (QP), or other Middle East Projects will be considered an added advantage.
