As a Data Center Operations Manager, The ideal candidate will excel in strategy development, mentorship, project sponsorship, and technical problem-solving. This role requires leading teams in hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repair, and participating in an on-call rotation. The successful candidate will be adept at working both independently and managing teams effectively. 2+ years of experience managing people in a technical environment.
2+ years of experience participating in on-call rotations and providing after-hours support in a 24/7 operation.
2+ years of experience with Networking or Computer Hardware.
-Preferred Qualifications :
In-depth knowledge of Linux systems administration. How long?
Expertise in Networking and cabling best practices.
Strong experience with hardware architectures and troubleshooting.Familiarity with system management tools and client/server environments.
Technical writing skills for documentation and reporting.
Prior experience in project management.
