Global FP&A Manager
Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Vice President, Global FP&A, the Manager will be a key member of the Global FP&A Team. This role will be responsible for global FP&A activities with a strong focus on Power BI dashboard development and reporting to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and business partnering ability with expertise in visualizing and communicating insights.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain a suite of interactive Power BI dashboards for global financial reporting, KPIs, and key operational metrics
- Gather and translate requirements from senior leadership into clear dashboard specifications, including KPIs, hierarchies, drill-down views, and scheduled refreshes
- Identify report enhancements and/or new reporting to bolster financial insights
- Ensure data integrity and governance by partnering with Finance Systems and TDS teams to validate data sources, define data models, manage relationships, and establish version control
- Drive automation of dashboard reporting processes to improve timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency
- On an ad hoc basis, train finance and business stakeholders on dashboard usage and interpretation
- Assist in preparation of board and executive level presentations
- Analyze key trends month to month from dashboard / other existing reporting to surface key insights
- Prepare ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis on projects of a varying nature and complexity
- Standardize and document repeatable processes for common ad hoc requests, creating templates and tools to accelerate turnaround time and ensure consistency
Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years broad-based and progressive experience in finance and accounting roles
- Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience is required
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related applications
- Experience with financial systems such as Essbase, Hyperion, Workday, or others
- Demonstrated ability to perform open ended analyses in a fluid environment where answers are not always obvious
- Ability and courage to challenge status quo
- Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience leveraging conversational AI tools for efficient information gathering and troubleshooting

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $93,500.00 - $110,000.00
