The MachineQ Engineering team in a fast-paced, agile environment and culture where innovation is balanced with predictable delivery and operationalexcellence. From Cloud to AI/ML to Wireless to Hardware, the Engineering team is responsible for designing, building, and operating MachineQ’s IoT based solutions. Our solutions are being used by thousands of businesses to solve meaningful problems; from the world’s largest restaurant brands to scientists working in the largest pharma and biotech companies in the world.
As an AI engineer for MachineQ, you will bring your foundational engineering knowledge to implement software that leads to outcomes for our endusers. You will work alongsidesenior engineersthrough design, development, and support of our new features enabled by AI. This role will partner closely withmultiple product engineering groups within the organization and will collaborate regularlywith an incredible team of infrastructure, hardware, and software engineers. The work product will consist of solution designs, architecture design, R&D, and implementation.
What are some interesting problems the student will work on?
In your role, you will evaluate AI models to measure their effectiveness and develop software to implement those models into SaaS based application. Interesting problems including learning how to scale AI models while understanding the cost implications of doing so.
Where can this student make an impact?
You’ll be working with the best and brightest engineers at Comcast who have extensive knowledge about AI, ML, Cloud, Data, and Wireless. Success in this role is characterized by contributing to a feature used by our customers.
