We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and customer research for LinkedIn’s Boosting portfolio. This role will also support cross-functional efforts to create a cohesive customer journey for small businesses using both our paid advertising and organic marketing products. In this role, you will focus on understanding and communicating the needs of small business leaders and marketer audiences to inform product prioritization, strategic positioning, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate excels at uncovering customer pain points and needs through research, influencing stakeholders, and creating compelling messaging and narratives for small businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of small business marketers and Boosting users through qualitative and quantitative research to inform product and GTM strategy.
- Craft GTM strategies including business goals, target audiences, positioning, messaging, and cross-channel activation.
- Partner with market and user-experience research to conduct customer research and share insights across the organization.
- Collaborate with product, sales, business development, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and promote product best practices across programs, enablement, partnerships, and launches.
- Monitor trends in advertising and small business marketing to anticipate evolving customer needs.
- Work with Product teams on copy testing to drive acquisition and growth for Boosting products.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product marketing or small business digital advertising experience
- BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital advertising
- Experience leading small business marketing programs
- Proven ability to conduct and apply quantitative and qualitative research
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize time and resources based on business impact
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable leveraging large amounts of data to drive decisions and a passion for continuous testing and optimization
- Experience executing GTM plans for new products, including messaging, narratives, sales enablement, and growth marketing tactics
- Experience in growth marketing, particularly email, advertising, or product copy testing a plus

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $100,000-$156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
