Lead Assistant, Document Management
Assists with compiling and maintaining project documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering/supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders, and other project-required documents. Assists with updating, examining, and maintaining project document control record keeping system and verifying completeness and accuracy of data. Assists with preparing transmittals and distributes data as directed. Assists with the interface of the reproduction department for required reproduction associated with copy and distribution requirements per project procedures. Requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through a combination of job-related training and considerable work experience. Working autonomously with limited supervision and may be responsible for leading daily operations and facilitating the work of others. Work is typically non-routine. May support the development of new and innovative solutions to complex problems. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School diploma with at least 6 years of related experience; or requires an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
