Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Investment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing tailored investment strategies to clients, assisting them in achieving their financial goals through comprehensive planning and analysis.
Duties
- Develop and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and financial advice.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess client portfolios and recommend appropriate investment strategies.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting investments.
- Collaborate with clients on cash management and portfolio management to optimize their investment performance.
- Provide insights on tax implications related to investments and financial planning.
- Utilize financial software for research and analysis to support investment recommendations.
- Maintain compliance with securities law and industry regulations while conducting business.
Qualifications
- CFP designation with Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial services or investment consulting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts including asset management, corporate accounting, technical accounting, and public accounting.
- Proficiency in math and analytical skills for effective financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with estate planning principles, tax experience, and relevant laws is advantageous.
