What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily shipping operations with Marine Department and cartage drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to optimize load schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and shipping documentation for compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Train and support team members to meet performance and quality standards

Work Environment
This role operates in a manufacturing and shipping environment with exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy equipment, and varying temperatures. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are required.
