Job Description Summary
Responsible for the management of data for capital projects, including tenant improvements, renovations, relocations, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers for designated projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review data submitted via a request form to receive funding from an annual capital plan; track and apply approved applications against a finite budget; prepare cost information for review by cost managers to highlight trends consistent with (or against) estimated market costs
- Update a master capital plan based on changes to project budgets, or the cancellation or re-prioritization of projects on the capital plan; provide administrative support to a designated leader/owner of the capital plan
- Review data within a project management technology platform to validate accuracy and completeness; generate and publish reports intended to highlight data integrity errors; support project managers in the remediation of data errors
- Provide administrative support to project managers by reviewing requisitions, change orders, payment applications and invoices associated with the project
- Develop and issue regular status reports regarding work in progress
- Manage and submit data required to demonstrate compliance with specific governance requirements
- Perform data management and reporting-related assignments, as required, in the daily operation of the team

IMPORTANT EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, or Accounting or related job experience in similar discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years Finance, Accounting, Administrative, or Operations experience.
Important Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in architecture, construction or project management field is preferred
- Above average proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and PowerBI

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $115,552.40 - $135,944.00
