Job Summary Details: The Parking Ambassador Customer Assistant provides assistance and information to parking customers.

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualifications: • One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities: • Act as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving parking customers
• Greet and engage with customers in and around the Parking area to offer informational assistance
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding parking services available
• Assist with baggage as required
• Coordinate parking lines at check-in to ensure a smooth, orderly and efficient flow of customers during peak times
• Provide assistance to customers using kiosks to check-in
• Transfer and distribute wheelchairs as needed
• Alert maintenance employees about malfunctioning equipment.
• Report hazards and incidents encountered in daily operation
• Follow safety precautions at all times
