Caterpillar is looking for a Buyer Support Associate to strengthen its indirect Purchasing team and support the local processes. If you would like to improve yourself at an international company look no further – apply now!

What You Will Do:

Support the Indirect Buyer with daily tasks

Performing analysis and maintenance of assigned processes that produce output excellence, builds expertise for the assign process area, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Supporting customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier creation in the system.

Performing analytical and administrative tasks in support of purchasing strategic initiatives.
Support cost saving projects performed by Indirect Buyer as well as individual projects

What You Should Have:

Completed degree or equivalent experience

Ability to communicate openly and clearly both in English and Hungarian with internal and external stakeholders

Experience in and ability to work on multiple responsibilities simultaneously and prioritize duties

User-level knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to translate numerical data into business insight with your logical thinking

Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure

Top candidates may also have:

Experience in production environments working on projects
