What does a successful Credit Risk Analyst do?

What you will do:
- Review incoming merchant processing applications and assess for decision.
- Track and monitor incoming applications through the Underwriting process to ensure processing within SLA.
- Verify quality standards of all applications.
- Utilize 3rd Party resources to verify business operations and demographics.
- Communicate with sales partners, merchants, and processors to resolve Risk/Underwriting inquiries or issues.
- Review application documentation and reports to assess credit risk exposure to CardConnect and make sound decisions.
- Assist with short and long-term projects as assigned.
What you will need to have:
- 1-2 years of experience with credit reporting (individual and business).
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2+ years of experience in a client facing role.
What would be great to have:
- 1-3 years of experience in merchant processing industry or financial industry.
- Bachelor’s degree at an accredited university and/or equivalent military experience.
- Knowledge of Card Brand rules and regulations with 2+ years of experience.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
