What does a successful Senior Training Specialist (AuthentiCare) do?
As a Senior Training Specialist, you’ll lead the development and delivery of training programs for Fiserv’s AuthentiCare product, supporting our Government Solutions business. This role involves close collaboration across departments to ensure training aligns with business goals, supports core product functionality, and incorporates ongoing enhancements.
You’ll play a key role in shaping a training strategy that empowers teams working with products like AuthentiCare, which support government entities in managing Personal Care Services and Home Health programs through enhanced data integrity and operational oversight.
What you will do:
- Lead the design, coordination, and facilitation of training sessions across multiple platforms, including virtual and instructor-led formats, for both providers and clients utilizing the AuthentiCare product.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, gap analyses, and requirements gathering to inform training development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning policies and practices, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain training documentation, including procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and surveys, and incorporate insights into program enhancements.
- Support Business Development initiatives by contributing to and reviewing proposal content related to training programs and continuous improvement processes.
- Travel to various state client sites to fulfill contractual training obligations, engage with clients and providers, and deliver tailored training sessions.
- Modify training delivery in real-time based on participant needs and feedback.
What you will need to have:
- Experience in training, learning and development including developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and management
- 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational, work and/or military experience
What would be nice to have:
- Bachelors Degree
- Familiarity with Medicaid eligibility and enrollment processes within public sector or commercial health care environments
- Technical Writing experience

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
