Trane Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Financial Systems OneStream Developer who is responsible for enterprise performance management (EPM) application administration as well as continuous improvement operations focused development. This position is part of a team that supports our financial consolidations, planning, people planning and reporting systems, including data integrations, ongoing updates, and overall optimization of the OneStream system. The position will report to the Operations Manager for Strategic Financial Reporting Systems. In this role, you will have significant interaction with finance and IT functions. As such, the successful candidate must exhibit strong leadership, collaboration, accounting/financial acumen and communication skills in addition to technical acumen.

Where is the work:
Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:
Supports the EPM operations, including general administration, maintenance, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate and complete migration of data from source systems to the financial systems through administration and validation of data.
- Implement all approved metadata updates, including rules changes and utilizing a test application where necessary before moving updates into production.
- Analyze processes to monitor and control data integrity, security, and associated Sarbanes-Oxley compliant controls.
- Identify, develop, and deploy “best practices” to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely completion of projects, and delivery of critical and measurable project objectives.
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred and/or CPA.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with one or more of the following: OneStream, HFM, ePBCS/PBCS, EPMWare.
- SQL and VB.net experience.
- Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles and practices.
- Understanding of accounting principles along with advanced Excel Skills. Knowledgeable in MS Office, Hyperion Planning/HFM knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to establish & implement processes and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build a positive rapport with personnel throughout the worldwide organization and exhibit a positive attitude and maintain poise under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects with varying deadlines, ability to prioritize with minimal supervision and interact with employees at all levels.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication along with fluency in English is required, other language(s) a plus.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $97,000 - $128,000
Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
