What you will do:
- Design and implement endpoint security services for a diverse global environment.
- Lead and manage a team of security professionals to implement security technologies and programs globally.
- Collaborate with teams globally and communicate effectively to ensure the proper deployment of security measures.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity strategies that align with the organization's goals.
- Conduct thorough security assessments and implement necessary improvements to ensure robust endpoint security.
- Manage time and priorities efficiently, overseeing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Provide technical expertise and trouble resolution for complex security issues.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on security incidents and ensure compliance with security policies.
What you will need to have:
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly in endpoint security technologies.
- 15+ years of experience in the design and implementation of endpoint security services.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in a technical security role, capable of making independent decisions.
- Experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux/AIX/Mainframe/IoT defense in depth strategies and global security infrastructures.
- Certification in CISSP or specialized GIAC preferred.
What would be great to have:
- 15+ years of experience in network security fundamentals.
- 15+ years of experience in data protection/data security programs and concepts.
- 15+ years of practical experience with data-centric security models and methodologies.
- A solid understanding of hardware security management technologies.
- Fundamental knowledge of firewalls, networks, operating systems, databases, storage, IoT and device level controls.
- Automation/orchestration experience and integration of AI capabilities.
