What does a great Sr. Product Manager Professional do at Fiserv?
A Sr. Product Manager will be a champion on the product front and effectively communicate to management, business and technical staff. They will manage, track and report end to end product lifecycle, including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization. They will also coordinate internal and external product communication and information across product family or product line.
As a Product Management, you can look forward to:
- Manage product development process inclusive of product commercialization tasks required to bring product to market 
- Ownership of Commerce Hub (CH) Gateway and responsible for driving changes to enrich CH product experience 
- Drive product development and improvements across Settlements and Finxact 
- Lead project lifecycle to deliver development efforts 
- Establish and maintain awareness and understanding of customer and market needs 
- Develop business cases to support new product recommendations 
- Manage issues throughout the product development process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication 
- Act as a primary negotiator between internal groups and clients to resolve issues 
- Crate documents and API Spec for each feature for publishing in the DevStudio 
- Participate in reviewing documents from other team and publish 
- Represent Fiserv and the product at industry and community events 
- Frequent contact with internal and external customer 
What you need to have:
- Ability to communicate across internal and external stakeholders from engineering to executives 
- 2+ year's experiencewith technical writing 
- Excel in collaborative environment 
- Demonstrate initiative and be capable of self-managing with little direction
