Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
Job Description
The Coordinator, Ad Sales Strategy & Monetization will provide critical administrative and project support across Versant Ad Sales leadership in their development and execution of strategies to maximize ad revenue across all Versant linear and digital endpoints and facilitate reporting of revenue performance.
Duties include:
- Coordinating/managing travel arrangements, expense reports, calendar management, meeting planning and coordination
- Interacting with both internal and external senior level partners
- Maintaining organization and accessibility of shared documents and files by managing the team’s SharePoint structure and content
- Preparing and updating internal tracking documents, including status reports, executive business overviews, partnership recaps, relationship mapping, and other key internal documents
- Managing and prioritize multiple demands
- Providing support on various projects and activities as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
This position will interface with business leaders across multiple functions, both inside and outside Ad Sales. We’re looking for a proactive self-starter to bring innovative thinking and strong analytical skills to help grow our business. As an integral part of this small startup team, you will be required to multitask and serve as a utility player in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (including internships) at an agency, media company, sales organization or similar organization
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY
- Willingness to travel and work overtime
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
