We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Lakewood, NJ. In this on-site role, you’ll play a key part in supporting strategic business decisions across the company by leveraging financial data, building models, and producing insightful reports. - Partner with Management to manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI
- Perform detailed analysis using SQL and Excel to support data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to provide real-time financial insights
- Drive improvements in financial reporting, forecasting tools, and performance metrics
- Support monthly close with variance analysis and KPI tracking
- Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or an analytical finance role
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL
- ERP system experience required; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a plus
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
This is a full-time on-site position in Lakewood, New Jersey. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and be involved in high-impact projects across the business.
