What you´ll do

Providing excellent support across the whole recruitment process for interns
Posting and active sourcing to create a data base and talent pipeline.
Screening of incoming applications and active addressing of suitable candidates
Conducting telephone interviews
Sending and recommend candidates for personal interviews and accompanying the supervisors during the process
Guarantee a good pre-boarding and onboarding experience for interns
Management of interns (agreements with universities, onboarding, follow-up…)
Help and support identifying challenges to develop a better talent attraction strategy for internships
