What you´ll do
- Lead the end-to-end marketing agenda for Adhesives for Consumer & Craftsmen by managing both Brand and Trade Marketing teams
- Define and execute strategic direction across Brand and categories, fully aligned with business goals
- Drive brand building, portfolio, pricing and positioning strategies, alongside consumer communication and marketing investments
- Develop and implement trade marketing and channel activation plans, maximizing category growth and customer penetration
- Oversee global product launches and campaigns, adapting to local market insights
- Manage P&L optimization, ensuring balance between sustainable growth and profitability
- Inspire, coach and develop marketing teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence
