Job Summary:
The Senior Finance Manager - EPD Rental Power and Energy Systems is responsible for providing essential business information, strategic counsel, financial analysis, pricing, and business support to the Rental General Manager and Energy Systems Vice President and their respective organizations. The position will work with key growth dealers to drive the execution of the EPD Rental and Energy Systems growth strategy.
What You Will Do:
This role is responsible for ensuring an overall compliance first culture, the optimization of short and long-term value creation and profitability and the achievement of other financial and non-financial objectives. Emphasis will be placed on the Operating & Execution (O&E) Model to drive decision-making that enhances enterprise value and performance, while positioning the business for long-term success. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Providing business analysis support by establishing target costs, cost monitoring, new product introduction analysis, investment analysis, sourcing analysis, product costing and supporting worldwide new product introduction projects.
- Managing all aspects of accounting and financial reporting
- Providing analysis of business statements to assist managers in managing costs and revenues in product areas
- Participating in strategy development to improve accountable profit results
- Developing margin analysis and evaluates business scenarios of various discounting strategies
- Ability to analyze and communicate broad spectrum of program financial benefits to senior executives.
What You Have:
- Education/Experience: This position typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or business related degree and 10+years of job related experience.
- Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization. Recommends ways to position the organization for long-term competitiveness.
- Leadership: Ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future and how to get there. Champions behaviors that inspire cohesiveness and move the organization to reach a vision.
- Financial Analysis, Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results. Champions the use of new technologies and tools for analyzing financial data.
- Stakeholder Management: Expert level ability to systematically identify stakeholders, analyze their needs and expectations, and engage with them to achieve objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future.

Summary Pay Range:
$169,320.00 - $253,920.00
