What does a successful Product Manager/ACH Core Products do at Fiserv?
You will support the entire product lifecycle for the Telecheck Core ACH products.
What you will do:
- Create and maintain product documentation and coordinate trainings to support your products.
- Can dig deep into data and trends and use the information to tell your story.
- Leverage data to gain insights and hypothesize on how to best innovate and improve our platform for our customers.
- Able to dig deep into the weeds while maintaining a 10,000-foot view.
- Thrives solving complex business problems and disseminating them into small, manageable deliverables.
- Has the ability to listen and collaborate in highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to lead and influence up and down the organization.
- Looks for an opportunity to learn and be endlessly curious about how to make the business better.
What you will need to have:
- High School graduate/GED
- 3 years in Product Management, Consulting, Product Operations or Compliance.
- 3 years of payment industry experience.
- Efficiency with Power BI or other data visualization tool sets.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Nacha AAP certification
- Pragmatic Marketing certification.
- Experience writing detailed business requirements.
- Efficient with SQL.
- Experience with product management software like Jira.
How you will work:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
