What does a successful Product Management Professional do at Fiserv?
As a Product Manager, you will be a key member of the team working closely with the development teams and business units to implement new features within Implementation Hub. Your contributions will directly enhance the success of our clients and contribute to the revenue of our business unit. You will support defining and documenting requirements, testing new and existing features as well as supporting production related issues and inquiries.
What you will do:
- Document requirements for new product enablement as well as user personas.
- Document use cases and facilitate testing for deployments
- Support the project team as needed with production support
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the business teams and development teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles that could impede project progress and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Technically minded, able to quickly respond and understand how processes function and adapt quickly to different situations.
- Understanding of various implementation processes
What you will need to have:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- High School Diploma or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- 3-5 years of proven success in delivering successful projects within specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- 3-5 years of experience with client and project management methodologies, including Agile.
