What you will do:
- Assist with preparation and review of the Company’s quarterly global effective tax rate, deferred taxes, and taxes payable calculations in accordance with ASC 740 / US GAAP
- Validate deferred taxes and taxes payable balances
- Prepare presentation materials for communicating quarterly results to senior tax and finance leadership
- Prepare memos to support key tax accounting positions and the tax accounting implications of significant transactions
- Develop training materials to support the quarterly and annual tax provision process
- Analyze and document the tax implications of acquisitions or divestitures
- Provide support to local country finance and tax controllers in executing income tax provision calculations
- Support maintenance of other tax technology software applications, such as ONESOURCE Tax Provision
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 5+ years of experience in accounting for income taxes under U.S. GAAP
- Knowledge of external reporting for income taxes in SEC forms 10-Q and 10-K
What would be great to have:
- Master's degree in taxation
- CPA certification
- Familiarity with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Tax Provision software
- Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
