About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for the Furnishing Support & Transformation Team within Consumer Lending Consumer Bureau Management. This organization is responsible for the credit bureau reporting Furnishing activities across the Consumer Lending businesses. This role will be responsible for supporting the Furnishing Operations primarily by preforming the control oversight function and executing on change management activities including those that may support issue and corrective action delivery.
In this role, you will:- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
- Experience with control design and performance evaluation
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across business processes.
- Experience with Change Management and/or Project Management, with the ability to lead initiatives from planning through execution.
- Skilled in navigating organizational change while maintaining business continuity and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Adept at managing competing demands and driving outcomes under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work, from documentation to data analysis.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills, fostering cross-functional teamwork and shared accountability.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Comfortable leveraging digital tools to support documentation, reporting, and team coordination.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$87,000.00 - $140,000.00
