About the Team
This team is part of a high-performance Revenue Operations organization to steer toward our goal of growing to $10B in revenue! The RevOps Business Intelligence group is a key player in driving this growth, by providing self-service insights when and where users need them to support decision-making and drive business outcomes. Whether via dashboards, reports, or alerts and regardless of system, this group ensures all RevOps insights are accurate and consistent, easy-to-understand and actionable.
About the Role
A professional in this role will be responsible for creating and deploying advanced analytical solutions and insights for Sales and Marketing teams. This involves leveraging a modern data stack that includes Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau Next, and Agentforce. The role requires a deep understanding of how these tools work together to create automated, AI-powered experiences that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will also act as a thought leader, training and inspiring the rest of the team on what's possible with these cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
Design and Deploy Analytical Products:Design, build, and deploy new insights and analytical products specifically for marketing and sales teams using Tableau Next (prior experience w/ Tableau Desktop/Server is required), Salesforce Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
Data Analysis and Data Preparation: Analyze, design, build/modify analytics-data products across tools to support analyst & end-user needs.
Agentic Workflow Development:Develop and implement agentic workflows using Agentforce to generate proactive alerts, and deliver actionable insights directly to users.
Integrate and Automate:Connect and orchestrate data flows between Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau Next, Snowflake, and Sigma to create a unified view of customer data.
Slack Alerts:Utilize Slack Sales Elevate to embed insights and automate actions, helping sales teams prioritize leads, close deals faster, and improve overall productivity.
Thought Leadership:Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader, demonstrating the potential of AI and agentic features to the team. This includes conducting training sessions, creating best-practice guides, and mentoring junior team members.
Collaboration:Work closely with business stakeholders, BI Product Managers, Business Technology (BT) Data & AI platform, GTM Systems teams to gather requirements and ensure that solutions are scalable, accurate, and aligned with business goals.
About You
A successful candidate for this role will have proven experience in building and deploying analytical products with a focus on AI and agentic features.
Basic Qualifications:
Overall Business Intelligence and/or Analytics Experience is 8+ years
5+ years Snowflake, Sigma, and SQL : Strong proficiency in data warehousing with Snowflake, business intelligence with Tableau &Sigma, and advanced SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
6+ years Data Modeling and Data Analysis : Deep understanding of data modeling principles, data analysis and data-preparation for BI solutions.
1+ years Tableau Next : Solid, hands-on experience with the next-generation analytics platform, including building semantic models, metrics, and advanced visualizations.
1+ years Salesforce Data Cloud :
Experience in building data-models, data-prep, metrics, and activating data across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Other Qualifications:
Agentforce: Proven experience in developing and deploying agentic workflows to automate actions and deliver insights.
Slack Sales Elevate: At least one year of experience using Slack Sales Elevate to integrate sales processes and insights into Slack
Proven Track Record: A portfolio of demonstrable projects showcasing the successful deployment of analytical products or BI solutions for marketing and sales.
Mentorship: Experience in training and mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and evangelizing new technologies.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, consumable data-driven solutions.
