Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Salesforce Engineer to work with our client, the nation's #1 independent financial advisory firm. Job Description:
Day-to-day duties include
- Diagnose intricate Salesforce problems, provide solutions and workarounds to ensure the highest level of reliability and availability for critical applications.
- Provide consultation and strategic recommendations to Product Development teams by quickly assessing and remediating complex issues.
- Perform simple and complex daily administration tasks such as data manipulation, data loading, merging of duplicate records, managing custom fields, objects, layouts, list views and complex workflows/Process/Flows
- Builds reports and dashboards and maintains a solid information architecture within the database across all applications
- Experience with any major app exchange product like Box, Copado, DocuSign, Skience, etc.
- Experience as a Devops Salesforce role and integrations with Java product.
Experience:
- BS in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of professional experience OR Master's in Computer Science or a related field with 1+ years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reporting, dashboards, formula fields, lightning experience
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations to and from Salesforce.
- Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Migration Tool, Demand Tools, Eclipse Force.com IDE, Workbench)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and analyzing debug logs. AppDynamics and Splunk experience a plus.
- Experience with troubleshooting integration issues with Snaplogic, MuleSoft, Skience, TimeTrade, Box etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work proactively with clients facing business teams, internal Operations teams and Product development teams.
- Experience with on-call responsibilities for production support.
