The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. This role is perfect for a senior professional who thrives on solving complex billing challenges and wants to work with the most sophisticated consumption-based business models in tech.
You'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing Revenue Cloud solutions that power the next generation of usage-based SaaS companies, working directly with industry leaders who are pushing the boundaries of modern pricing and billing strategies.
What You'll DoStrategic Architecture & Design
- Lead Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB) implementations for enterprise clients transitioning to or optimizing consumption-based models
- Design scalable billing architectures that support complex pricing structures including hybrid subscription/consumption models, commitment-based pricing, and multi-tier usage calculations
- Architect end-to-end Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions that serve as the System of Record for revenue operations
- Build sophisticated Revenue Intelligence Stack integrations connecting billing, CRM, and data intelligence layers
Client Engagement & Leadership
- Partner with C-level executives and RevOps leaders at high-growth tech companies to understand their unique billing challenges
- Lead discovery sessions to scope Revenue Cloud transformations and develop comprehensive SOWs
- Serve as the trusted advisor for consumption billing best practices and land-and-expand revenue strategies
- Guide clients through Revenue Cloud Advanced POCs and pilot programs
Technical Excellence
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud to handle complex usage rating, mediation, and aggregation scenarios
- Implement consumption commitment structures, prepaid drawdowns, and sophisticated net dollar retention tracking
- Design integrations between Revenue Cloud and usage metering systems, data warehouses, and financial platforms
- Optimize billing performance for high-volume transaction processing
Innovation & Growth
- Contribute to FULLPRESS's methodology for consumption-based billing implementations
- Develop accelerators and best practices for common consumption billing patterns
- Mentor junior consultants and share expertise across the team
- Stay current with Revenue Cloud roadmap and emerging billing trends
What You BringRequired Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience, with at least 2 years focused on consumption/usage-based billing
- Deep expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB)
- Proven track record implementing billing solutions for B2B SaaS companies, preferably those with $50M+ ARR
- Strong understanding of consumption pricing models, usage rating, and complex billing scenarios
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and its integration with Revenue Cloud
- Current Salesforce certifications including Revenue Cloud Consultant (required)
Technical Skills
- Expert-level configuration skills in Revenue Cloud including rating, billing, and revenue recognition
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Flow for complex billing customizations
- Experience with billing integrations using MuleSoft, APIs, or middleware platforms
- Understanding of financial systems integration and revenue reporting requirements
- Familiarity with usage data pipelines and metering infrastructure
Consulting Excellence
- Outstanding client-facing skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Experience scoping large Revenue Cloud transformations and creating detailed project roadmaps
- Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving client requirements
Bonus Points
- Experience with hyperscaler consumption models or infrastructure/platform billing
- Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition for consumption-based models
- Familiarity with agentic AI and automation in RevOps contexts
- Background in data center, cloud infrastructure, or API-first companies
- Previous experience at top-tier consulting firms or Salesforce ISV partners
