- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience interacting with and manipulating data using tools such as SQL, R, or other statistical languages.
- 5 years of experience working with multiple data sources, combining information to generate insights from analyses, and creating reporting solutions for an executive audience (e.g., dashboards, tables, templates, metrics).

The Googler Voice Research and Operations team is looking for a People Analyst to help us build a holistic understanding of the Googler experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our People Operations (POps) listening strategy by leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to transform employee feedback into actionable insights.
You will use SQL and Plx to build and automate the data infrastructure for our survey programs, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability. You will also conduct mixed-method research, combining both qualitative and quantitative approaches from feedback sources. Your analysis of unstructured comments, product telemetry, and behavioral feedback will inform critical user journeys and help us understand user needs.
By working closely with cross-functional partners, you will synthesize this multi-source feedback, provide consultation on key trends, and ultimately help ensure our programs and services enable excellence for all Googlers.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$168,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Lead research studies to design and manage employee survey programs, including interviews and focus groups, to gather feedback on the Googler experience.
- Leverage SQL and Plx to build and automate data infrastructure for surveys, ensuring data is processed efficiently for analysis and stakeholders.
