As a Data Analyst I, you will provide support to the analytics team while developing and advancing their analytics skills and team capabilities. Support will consist of data collection, manipulation, and analysis, as well as learning the best practices used in the team. This entry-level role is ideal for those beginning their career in data analytics and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.
Location: On-Site in Raleigh, NC
Program Start Date: January 26, 2026
Graduation Qualifications: Applicants should have completed their studies in 2024 or 2025, or expect to finish by December 2025.
Responsibilities

Performing simple data problem-solving within specific functional areas or data types.

Supporting senior data analysts with general data analysis, review, and verification.

Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data to support decision-making.

Working with data to build business intelligence reports.

Maintaining and enhancing existing data products and reports.

Participating in presenting findings to internal stakeholders.

Learning and applying team best practices in data analysis.

Staying informed on current industry standards and best practices.

Performing any other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Be on track to receive a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analytics, mathematics, computer science, business analytics, or a related field of study.

Possess a foundational understanding of data analysis concepts and tools with excellent research skills.

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with data sets and accurately perform basic data cleaning.

Be familiar with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL technologies.

Have a collaborative mindset with solid communication and presentation skills.

Display enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement.
