Job Description
This role can be based in San Francisco or Sunnyvale.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the team supporting our LinkedIn Business Platform. You will partner with our product, engineering, sales, support, and marketing organizations to develop and launch products within our centralized business platform to streamline the self-serve experience for our customers, sales, and support teams, with an immediate focus on virtual chat and AI agent experiences. You will lead strategy, messaging and positioning of AI-driven solutions that accelerate customer success and business growth.
This role will be pivotal in shaping LinkedIn's AI roadmap through voice of customer insights, product positioning and messaging, and enablement. This role offers the incredible opportunity to influence the adoption of AI agents across our entire suite of products - Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions, Learning Solutions and Premium.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across all LinkedIn lines of business (Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions, Learning Solutions and Premium) to understand customer and sales rep needs related to VCA and Agent tools.
- Translate user insights and pain points into actionable product roadmap recommendations, ensuring alignment with evolving market demands.
- Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for VCA/Agent and AI-driven products, driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support to meet objectives and deliver consistent high-impact results.
- Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and narratives that articulate the business value of AI capabilities for our customers, including increasing operational efficiency and enhancing customer and sales enablement processes.
- Lead the creation of sales enablement resources such as training, field communications, in-product messaging, onboarding resources, and collateral to empower sales teams across LinkedIn’s business lines to showcase AI-driven solutions effectively.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to educate internal teams, analysts, and external stakeholders about VCA and Agent capabilities through a range of communication channels.
- Ensure consistent measurement and reporting of product and GTM success via well-defined KPIs and benchmarks.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of marketing experience within product marketing, product development, go-to-market and/or sales enablement experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a record of driving AI initiatives that address customer needs.
- Proven track record of developing, executing and scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B solutions.
- Experience learning and translating complex technical concepts and features into a benefit-driven narrative for audiences ranging from C-level execs to developers to internal sales professionals.
- Track record of successful partnership with cross-functional leaders and communication with C-level leaders.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Experience using user, market and competitive research to influence product development strategies.
- Ability to inspire, lead and align cross-functional teams - excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment, demonstrating resourcefulness, motivation, initiative and leadership, building creative solutions and driving results.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $125,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
