What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of programs involving data platform, analytics, and AI/ML features.
- Partner with engineering managers, product, and data teams to define priorities and roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-team execution for customer-facing data products.
- Collaborate directly with vendors on tool/service maintenance and expansion
- Collaborate directly with internal security and governance teams to advance technology objectives
- Create and maintain program documentation and dashboards.
- Proactively identify risks and remove roadblocks.
- Ensure readiness of data products for launch and ongoing improvements.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of technical program management experience.
- Experience managing programs involving data engineering and AI/ML.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
What would be great to have:
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum).
- Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies (e.g. LLMs, vector databases, recommendation engines, etc.).
- Familiarity with Data Platform technologies (e.g. Snowflake, Data Streaming, Data Cataloging etc.).
- Understanding of distributed systems and Cloud native applications.
- Prior work on customer-facing data products.
- Passion for scalable data systems and responsible AI.
